Shipping conditions

Delivery areas and partners

  • We ship with Posten/Bring within Norway.

  • Delivery takes place to your address or the nearest pickup location.

  • Delivery to islands or areas with special conditions may take longer or incur additional costs.

Delivery time

  • Orders are normally shipped within 2-5 business days after payment has been registered.

  • If delivery takes more than 30 days without this being agreed, you can cancel the purchase and get your money back.

Shipping costs and prices

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.

  • The total cost is displayed before the purchase is completed.

  • Free shipping may apply to purchases over [amount].

Risk transfer

  • The risk for the goods passes to you when it is received.

  • Should the item be damaged during transport, please notify us as soon as possible.

Delay and non-delivery

  • If the item is not delivered within the agreed time, you can give written notice and set a new deadline.

  • If it still isn't delivered, you can cancel your purchase and get a refund.

Address errors and uncollected packages

  • Please check that your address is correct when ordering.

  • Incorrect addresses or uncollected packages may result in additional costs for re-delivery.

Transport damage

  • If you discover damage to the package, take care of the packaging and send us a photo as soon as possible.

  • We will help you with a return or replacement.
